Short report for the year 2008

Adriano worked mainly on:

1)  RAINBOW BODY. The Life and Realization of Togden Ugyen Tendzin,  the biography of the uncle of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu; translation from the Tibetan with extensive historical research on the footnotes of this book.

2) The VAJRA DANCE BOOK, with precise translation of the steps of the three Dances,  reviewed with the principal Dance instructors.

3) RMAD DU BYUNG BA, revision and  editing  of the translation, together with Elio Guarisco.

4) Collaboration with Enrico Dell'Angelo on The BIOGRAPHY of JAMYANG

KHYENTSE CHOKYI WANGCHUG.

5) Collaboration with Enzo Terzano on The GOMADEVI THUN BOOK.

6) Collaboration with Elio Guarisco on The MEJUNG TANTRA

7) Collaboration with Donmatella Rossi on THE LIGHT OF KAILASH, already published by Shang Shung Edition

8) Collaboration with Elio Guarisco on  Longchenpa's Advice from the heart, already published by Shang Shung Edition

 

Adriano’s work in 2010 will be dedicated 

1)  to completion of The Book on the Vajra Dance: the sections devoted to the dreams related to the history of the Vajra Dance,

2) to completion of The Book of Divination with Dice of Dorje Yudronma,

3) to completion of Atiyoga: the Essence of All Teachings, a book containing most of the tawah or point of view sections of Santi Maha Sangha, levels One and Two,

4) to completion of the Bepai Gumchung - The Small Hidden Collection of Buddhagupt

Adriano worked mainly on:

-  Santi Maha Sangha First Level - already published

-  the four texts contained in Longsal vol. 8 - already published

-  the long invocation to Rahula - already published

-  Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan Yoga of movements - already published

-  Longchenpa's Advice from the heart - to be published in 2009

-  the biography of Togden Ugyen Tendzin, uncle of Chogyal Namkhai Norbu - to be published in 2010

-  Dorje Sempa Namkha Che

-  Meddu Jungwa

 

Short report for the year 2007

2007 was a very busy year for Adriano. He was very busy throughout the whole year and continuously worked on various translations.

* First of all Adriano finished the work on the book LONGSAL TEACHINGS, Volume 7, which was published by Shang Shung Edition in spring 2007,

* he worked on the translation of the 21 Tara,

* he completed the texts for the retreats in Merigar in summer and autumn 2007,

* he completed the work on the “BOOK OF THE THUN AND THE GANAPUJA” which has already been published in December 2007.

* he worked with Elio Guarisco and Jim Valby on some Dzogchen Tantras

* and had the possibility to work with Rinpoche and to clarified several unclear points of difficult texts.

Adriano also started to work

* on the next issue of the Longsal Teachings, the Longsal 8, which will be published in summer 2008,

* and on the complete translation of the original Vajra Dance Book.

Short report for the year 2006

In  2006, we made two magnificent additions to this project:

To assure, that from now on Adriano can concentrate only on his translations,

* we started to offer him a regular monthly payment

* and we founded a retirements' fund, which guarantees him a small pension when he will be 68 years old.

 

Adriano worked intensively

- on the translation of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu's book LONGSAL 7 that contains four Upadesha and the histories of their discovery,

- on many different practice texts for the Dzogchen Community,

- on the new editions of the Santi Maha Sangha books,

- and with Elio Guarisco and Jim Valby on various Dzogchen Tantras.
